HOME Docklands BTR wins Best Amenity award

HOME Docklands launched in late 2024. It is HOME’s third Build to Rent scheme in Victoria.

Developer HOME has been declared winner in the category of Best Amenity at the 2025 National Australian Apartment Advocacy Awards for the HOME Docklands Build to Rent development.

HOME Docklands offers residents an exemplary level of accommodation and service, an interactive program of events, diverse amenities, co-working spaces, pet-friendly facilities and add-ons such as apartment cleaning and handyman services.

Celebrated resident amenities at the scheme includes a games room, a 25-metre swimming pool, traditional, infrared and steam saunas, a dedicated reformer Pilates studio and a comprehensive gym overlooking the nearby Marvel stadium.

All spaces were strategically planned by HOME’s design team and architect Cox Architecture to maximise views and natural light, with the west-facing lounges capturing sunsets, the north-facing pool bathed in natural daylight throughout the day and the co-working hub positioned for harbour views.

“In 2024, HOME Richmond was recognised as the winner in the same Best Amenity category at the AAA 2024 Victorian Awards, and for our team, it’s a validation of our ability to deliver a standard of amenity and service that’s never been seen before in the Australian rental market.

“We put our residents first by using a systematic and ongoing focus on resident feedback, which translates into evolving innovations such as in-building wellness and community initiatives.

“They also provide a clear understanding that amenities are resoundingly important.”

Later this month, HOME’s progressive design philosophy coupled with resident service and amenity standards that integrate urban living, wellness, work and leisure will continue to evolve with the launch of HOME Parramatta.

This development aims to provide renters in Sydney’ second CBD and beyond with an innovative, flexible and secure alternative to renting.
