The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) is set to host its ‘Introducing the Apartments Pathway’ free online webinar on 13 March 2025.
In recognition of the growing demand for healthier, energy-efficient apartments in Australia, the GBCA has developed the Green Star Buildings Apartments Pathway.
The Apartments Pathway is a new set of requirements and targeted credits within the Green Star Buildings rating tool tailored to deliver more sustainable multi-unit residential projects.
For the first time, the pathway will offer independent unit-level certification, giving buyers, banks and residents confidence that each apartment meets high performance standards.
The introductory webinar will offer insights into the development of the Apartments Pathway, its key drivers, features and benefits, and how it can create value for the next Green Star Buildings apartment developments.
