CDL Australia’s parent company, CDL has been named the world’s most sustainable real estate management and development company in 2024, following a global list from Corporate Knights.
CDL has appeared in the list since 2010 and appeared as the first and only Singaporean company to be included.

The company was praised for its dedication to the current climate crisis and sustainable practices, outperforming corporates such as Tesla Inc, Apple Inc and Unilever PLC. CDL rose six places from its 28th position in 2023 to the 22nd spot in the 2024 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the world.
CDL Australia is delivering residential developments to the Australian property market, with two Build to Rent projects currently under way in Brisbane and Melbourne.
From using recycled and raw materials in a project’s concrete, to sourcing steel from an environmentally sustainable steel maker, the company is committed to using sustainable practices. The company follow the ethos ‘conserve as we construct’.

Developed by Toronto-based media and research organisation – Corporate Knights – the list has been ranking the world’s most sustainable corporations since 2005.
