Aware Real Estate has offered huge support to Gareth Sneade, Head of Asset Management, for taking on his very first Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation – riding 1,000km in seven days across New Zealand’s North Island between 29 March to 5 April.
The ride is to raising funds for two incredible charities – So They Can and BaptistCare HopeStreet. Gareth is aiming to raise $10,000 and Aware Real Estate are asking for your support. These programs provide much-needed stability for families and help children build brighter futures.
BaptistCare HopeStreet operates across NSW and ACT, supporting disadvantaged children in vulnerable communities. Their services include breakfast clubs for kids, educational school packs and care packages with food, clothes and toys.
So They Can is an international non-profit working in Kenya and Tanzania to educate and empower communities out of poverty. They take a seven to ten year development approach, partnering with local governments to ensure long-term, sustainable impact.

Gareth loves cycling but with both the distance and elevation involved, this will be a serious test – and even though he has been training hard for some time now, it won’t be an easy feat.
