Owner, developer and operator – apt.Residential – recently appointed Geoffrey Gu as Senior Investment Analyst. He is based in Sydney.
In his new role, Geoffrey is responsible for supporting all aspects of the investment management lifecycle for apt’s Build to Rent portfolio, overseeing origination of new investment opportunities, capital and portfolio management.
Reporting to Investment Director Puian Mollaian, he brings substantial cross-sector experience and perspective to the team, with a track record in both the Build to Rent and retail sector.
Most recently, Geoffrey was a Commercial Finance Manager with Mirvac, where he worked across its Build to Rent portfolio, and partnered closely with the asset management team to enhance the value of both pipeline and operating Build to Rent developments.
In May, apt.Residential acquired a prime urban infill site at 41–49 Mountain Street, Ultimo, directly adjoining its recently approved heritage redevelopment at 1–3 Smail Street – apt.Broadway.
