CDL Australia launches new website for The Archive BTR

The Archive claims to offer residents everything they need for a ‘well rounded life’ just a short walk from the city.

Developer CDL Australia has launched the new project website for The Archive Build to Rent development in Southbank, Melbourne. With the site now live, expressions of interest are being welcomed.

The Archive comprises 237 pet friendly studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include co-working spaces, podcast room, wellness area with gym, cold plunge, spa, sauna and yoga studio, a sky lounge, sky terrace and fire pit, fire side lounge, media rooms, sports lounge, private dining, pet run, bike storage, parcel storage and concierge.

Residents will be able to make use of the scheme’s app, where the management team can be easily reached. CDL Australia has also emphasised the flexibility of its lease terms at The Archive, making it an ideal scheme for short and long term residents.
