Beam Planning has appointed Ashleigh Ryan as its new Director and Partner. Ashleigh carries a wealth of experience across multiple sectors, in particular Build to Rent and Build to Sell.
Beam Planning has stated that Ashleigh will also bring a high level of professionalism, knowledge and creative problem-solving to the firm; traits which have been recognised and appreciated by her colleagues over the past 15 years.
She is also a strong advocate for finding solutions to the key issues challenging Sydney, including innovative ways to solve the housing crisis, developing a more efficient planning system, and encouraging the mentorship of women in planning.
