Developer Assemble has appointed Shelley Jenkin to the team as its new Head of Community and Asset Management.
Shelley carries over 25 years of experience across all aspects of property and asset management. She has built an impressive career within the public and private property sectors.
Most recently at the $3.2bn NZX-listed property fund Kiwi Property as its National Assets Manager, Shelley led a nationwide team overseeing both strategic and operational aspects of the portfolio.
Hailing from New Zealand, Shelley played a pivotal role in the operational and management setup of the country’s first at scale Build to Rent development.
This allowed her to showcase her expertise in delivering innovative housing models in new markets.
In this newly created role, Shelley’s proven track record of leading a nationwide management team across both commercial and retail developments will be instrumental as Assemble continues to scale its housing portfolio.
